FRIENDS | while in New York seeing my big brother off to Jamaica, I had the pleasure of hanging out with Beams Japan longest standing buyer Terry Ellis. Good times as we spoke about fashion today, traveling, his fascination with Japanese craftsmanship and traditional handmade goods, as well as a crash course on Alden’s modified last while being introduced to the Moulded Shoe Inc. Had the opportunity to pick up a few things at Nepenthes NY and check out Bergdorf Goodman and Odin. Needless to say, I had a great time as knowledge was shared and good advice was given from a very genuine and experienced individual that knows his shit.
